Wanda Sykes was born on the 7th of March, 1964 at Portsmouth, Virginia. Her mum was a banker while her dad worked in the Pentagon. She attendedArundel High School in Maryland and Hampton University where she analyzed Marketing. She was also a part of the Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority while in Hampton University.
