Hatch directed the revival of Battlestar Galactica series and wrote and starred at the fan picture Battlestar Galactica: The Second Coming (1999). Dead: Cause of Departure
After a period of a bout with pancreatic cancer, Richard Hatch dropped his life into the disease on the 7th of February 2017. He was put in hospice care in his house inSanta Clarita, California and died with his only son Paul by his side. He was 71 years old. Stars around Hollywood took to societal websites to pour out their condolences. One of these were hisBattlestar Galactica coworkers;Ronald D. Moore,Edward J. It’s uncertain if Richard Hatch was married during his life, but he didn’t have a boy friend Paul Hatch (born 1967) whose mom isn’t known to the press. Richard Hatch once talked to the media regarding his name-sharing using the Survivor celebrity stating; “We forget that there are other people using our name, and we sense a possession with our title.
